RES specializes in consulting for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems. We offer complete solutions for all project types. Our typical project is "Plan and Specification" based work although we have select parternships in which we can offer "Design Build" solutions.

Health Care	The role of the MEP engineer is very important in all types of Health Care work.  Our work has included medical gas, pressure control, emergency power, and other systems. We have completed a variety of health care projects ranging from medical finish outs to ASC.
Industrial	Industrial projects are very challenging and each project is unique.  The challenges provide a great opportunity for interaction with our clients.  We have completed die casting, dust collecting, manufacturing, and other types of industrial facilites.
Religious	Religious projects have been a great experience for our firm.  We engoy the challenges these projects present including noise, lighting, cooling load varierty, and other items.  Our work experience is very diverse and includes multiple faiths and sizes.
Residential / Multi Family	Although MEP engineers are not used in the residential design process often we have found ourselves involved multiple projects.  Our residential portfolio has included full design services, investigative services, and inspections. We have completed multi family projects including small condos, high rises, and hotels.
Restaurant	All restaurant facilites provide unique challenges for MEP engineers.  This includes the cooking line, dining area, and restroom facilites.  We have completed work for fast food chains, coffee bars, and stand alone facilities.
Retail	Retail sales are a strong part of the economy.  We are proud to assist both large and small business with their retail MEP needs. We have completed projects for both large "big box" stores and small "mom and pop" operations.
